  • Q1: Where are the parts shipping from?
    Most parts will ship from 6 Electronics Ave. Danvers MA 01923, some will ship direct from our suppliers, all over the globe.

  • Q2: Do you accept Purchase Orders??
    Yes. We accept Purchase Orders from our established accounts. Orders with Purchase Orders are subject to verification, processed only through Phone or FAX.

  • Q3: I need a specific part, but it is not on your list, can I still order from you?
    Yes. Our onsite warehouse stocks commonly serviced parts, but we do have access to a wide variety of parts. If you cannot locate the parts you need in our online store, please give us a call at 1-800-772-3838, we will gladly assist you over the phone.

  • Q4: What are your office hours?
    Our office hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern time.

  • Q5: What kind of warranty do the parts carry?
    All new and remanufactured parts carry a 180 day warranty. But please look at individual specifications which are displayed on the product page.

  • Q6: What is your return policy?
    We honor a 30 days return policy.

  • Q7: How do I know what part number that I need?
    There are 3 ways you can identify the part number.
    First, some of the parts have captive part numbers engraved or printed on the them.
    Second, for the parts that have no numbers on them, you need to refer to parts manual which either comes with the machine or can be download from "Technical Info" area from this website.
    And third, you can call our 1-800-772-3838 to speak to a service engineer to identify the parts you need.

  • Q8: What is the "Core Charge"?
    "Core Charge" is the amount that will credit back to you when you ship us the replaced bad part. "Core Charge" is only available for selected parts. For those parts, the price or sale price INCLUDES the core charge amount.

  • Q9: Do you accept order over the phone?
    Yes, we do.

  • Q10: Can you order the parts with status shown as "On Order"?
    Yes, you can order parts with "On Order" status. These parts are either in the middle of being replenished, or the replenishment will be triggered by your order.
    When order parts with "On Order" status, it might take extra 2~5 days for us to acquire the parts.

  • Q11: What is your "Frequent Shopper Reward" program?
    "Frequent Shopper Reward" program is designed to share part of our profit with our valued repeat customers.
    When your purchases reach $5,000 cumulatively, you are entitled to this program. Call us for the Frequent Shopper Reward code, you can use it in subsequent purchase, the code will instantly take 5% off the total amount during the online check out procedure. The code is valid for a year.
